Welcome Back.

Here's a 3 minute reflection to help you embrace gold medal moments with a culture of honor. So take a deep breath in, and on the exhale, relax.

This is an exciting moment.

You might be nearing the peak or at the peak of the current mountain you've been climbing. Maybe you're about to reach this gold medal moment, maybe you're in it now, celebrate this moment. Really take it in.

By going through your 5 senses:

What do you see?

Hear?

Taste?

Touch?

Smell?

What emotions are you feeling?

Going through your senses helps to embrace this moment. And now let's go deeper. You dug deep to get here. Tell me who you are - what aspects about your character did you lean on in this climb? What aspects of your character transformed - because your goal demanded it? THAT is worth celebrating just as much as the achievement. And this moment may pass you and be behind you sometime soon, but your character is with you for all of time, so as you celebrate this big accomplishment, and ground yourself in who you are, let WHO you are, guide you to your second mountain peak. What's next. Who you are can have so many outlets of expression, the journey never has to end, what could you pursue next? So that YOU can continue being WHO you are? Who are you in that pursuit? What will your second mountain be? You have the freedom to move FROM a place of high self worth. You pursue dreams with freedom and enjoyment. So on that note, take a deep breath in, and on the exhale, keep it simple, celebrate and enjoy this mountain peak. Your next one is ready when you are.
