Welcome! I’m so excited you’re here. You're about to embark on a transformative journey that few choose to take, but those who do never regret. The world doesn't lack good culture – it lacks good leadership. That's why we're focusing not just on building healthy teams and culture, but on your own growth as a leader.
Over the next 12 months, you'll not only master the principles that create extraordinary teams and unshakeable cultures, you’ll become the kind of person who can. This isn't a quick-fix program or a 90-day challenge. It's a year of intentional growth, allowing each principle to deeply root in your heart, mind, and actions.
There are 12 principles we’re going to focus in on. Ideally, you’ll focus on one principle each month. So that, in one year, you’ll have grown into a leader who is empowered to build the top 1% teams and cultures in the world. for every team you’re in and around. If you’re a spouse or parent, this is 100% for you. if you’re a business leader or teacher, this is not only leadership within your business but within your family and community. If you’re a coach or an athlete, this isn’t only leadership on the court or field, but within your community and family. When we discuss healthy leadership, I’m talking about every aspect of your life. There’s no need to settle for having healthy teams at work and an unhealthy family team at home. Leadership outside the home can’t exist without leadership within the home.
You’re going to grow into a healthy leader ready to build healthy culture and healthy team in every room you walk into.
Here's our roadmap:
Months 1-3: Culture of Honor (Honor, Camaraderie, Healthy Conflict)
Months 4-6: Leadership of Self
Months 7-9: Leadership of Others
Months 10-12: Building and Leading Teams
My passion for this work stems from a pivotal moment in 2015 when I learned the hard way what happens without a Culture of Honor. That experience led to an unwavering commitment to never compromise on this value again. And now has transformed not just my own leadership, but the teams and organizations I work with.
Years later, this principle has become the cornerstone of my work, spreading to teams and organizations I partner with. While it's not my "why," it's the essential foundation that makes my mission possible. My why is based on the belief that no meaningful mission was ever designed to be pursued alone. You were never designed to pursue your dream alone. Despite the negative headlines we see daily, I witness incredible good emerging in the world – not through isolated individuals, but through exceptional teams united by shared purpose.
The first person who ever showed me this, was Anna. Because of her, the only world I know is that of team.
Two other people who modeled this are named Penny and Elliott - you modeled what culture of honor looks like in the home by how you spoke about one another when the other wasn’t in the room.
And the third person that has modeled this for me is Christen - she has jumped into the deep end of this with me and remains consistent in figuring out how to build this in our own lives.
Having fans is great, but having comrades is what the world needs more of. Each of these people are not only for me, but with me.
My mission is clear: to develop the world's healthiest leaders who build the world's strongest teams and cultures. History shows us that breakthrough innovations and achievements rarely come from siloed individuals. They emerge from teams built on the foundation of honor. That’s why I gravitate to working with visionaries and leaders who carry world-changing dreams, ensuring they have the team and leadership foundation to turn those dreams into reality.
But this is about you now. You have the opportunity to grow into a health leader who has the character and skillsets to build the best cultures in the world. I’m ready to support you in that.
So on that note, let’s build remarkable teams … by becoming remarkable leaders ourselves.
