So my why is to

equip leaders to build healthy team culture worthy of the mission they serve.

I speak with, train, equip leaders that range from olympic athletes, collegiate coaches, business owners, entreprenuers, C-Suite executives and the most important teams: families. I speak daily on the topics of leadership, team culture, and specifically culture of honor.

About ten years ago heartbreak highlighted gaps in my leadership and teams that contributed to our fragility. I developed simple practices to address them, transforming my own team. A decade later, around 1,000 leaders, athletes, coaches, teachers, business owners, family leaders, community leaders, and executives have been empowered to build a Culture of Honor for those they lead and the mission they are pursuing.
